The foundation of all knowledge is to know yourself. Without an understanding of your subconscious beliefs you are not in control of your destiny. Taking control of our lives, is a process of unlearning everything that isn't you and becoming the person you were born to become.

After college playing professional volleyball in Greece, Puerto Rico and Italy for four years, while playing with the US National Team. I now own a high end boutique winery in my home town of Santa Barbara County California.
I have overcome major hardships in my life including depression, severe stomach issues, injuries, getting off anti-depressant medications, creating a 7 figure business, psychedelic therapies for mindset and overcoming fear. I can help you overcome whatever obstacles you're dealing with.
